First Visit Consultation (New Patients Only)

All scheduling is subject to office approval, you will receive additional confirmations, and a notification if the date or time changes.

Note: If you were an established patient with Sarah at Western Medicine, this does not apply. Instead choose either the monthly membership or once a year wellness visit option. $300 for your first month. If you choose to continue with Sarah after your first month, you will then pay $125 monthly thereafter.

If you are already a patient with Sarah, please select a monthly or yearly membership.

If your first visit consultation is not cancelled or rescheduled at least 48 hours before your appointment you will only be reimbursed $150 of the payment.
