First visit consultaion
- $400 for the first month
- New Patients Only
- Note: If you were an established patient with Sarah at Western Medicine, this does not apply.
Yearly adult membership
- $150/Month (In-person or telehealth visit each month and unlimited messaging.)
- For patients who were previously established with Sarah at Western Medicine, or for those who would like to continue after their first visit consultation – $1650/year if paid in full
- $75/month for Adult membership (4 visits a year, without messaging )
Once a year adult wellness visit without membership
- $275 for 60-minute visit
- If further visits are needed, membership purchase will be required.
- Note: Membership required for direct messaging with the provider.
- No Messaging
Yearly child membership (17 and under)
- $80/month (monthly visit option and unlimited messaging) – $880/year if paid in full
- $50/month for Child membership (4 visits a year, no messaging)
Once a year child wellness visit without membership
- $175 for 60-minute visit
